The Second Division of Quwat Dira’ Al-Watan continues to implement its campaign to enforce the ban on carrying weapons in Al-Qatn District, where a number of violators have been detained and their weapons confiscated as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen security, maintain stability, and uphold public order.
The campaign was launched across the cities of Wadi Hadramout. Quwat Dira’ Al-Watan’s Second Division affirmed that the security campaign to enforce the ban on carrying weapons in the city of Seiyun and throughout the cities of Wadi Hadramout will continue as part of broader efforts to enhance security, preserve stability, and maintain public peace.
The division’s command stated that these measures are an extension of the warning statement issued earlier, which stressed a complete prohibition on carrying weapons inside cities. It reaffirmed that the campaign will continue and that no leniency will be shown toward violators.
The forces also stressed that anyone found violating the instructions will be detained, have their weapon confiscated, and be referred to the competent authorities for the necessary legal action. The division command further confirmed that the campaign remains active in the field, including the seizure and destruction of illegally carried weapons, while calling on citizens to cooperate with the security authorities and comply with the instructions in order to promote security and stability throughout the cities of Wadi Hadramout.
