The Second Brigade of Quwat Dira’ Al-Watan confirmed the continuation of the security campaign to prevent the carrying of weapons in the city of Sayun and the towns of Wadi Hadramout, as part of efforts aimed at enhancing security and stability, preserving public tranquility. The brigade’s command clarified that these measures are an extension of the previously issued warning statement, which emphasized a total ban on carrying weapons inside cities, confirming that the campaign continues and there will be no leniency toward violators.
The forces stressed that anyone caught violating the instructions will be detained, his weapon confiscated, and he will be referred to the competent authorities to take the necessary legal action against him. The brigade’s command also affirmed that the campaign continues on the ground, encompassing the seizure and destruction of illegal weapons, urging citizens to cooperate with security agencies and comply with the instructions for the benefit of all, thereby enhancing security and stability in the towns of Wadi Hadramout.
