Overview of the Brigade

The Second Brigade represents one of the core active formations within Quwat Dira’ Al-Watan, and contributes to the execution of the military and operational tasks assigned to it based on professional principles of discipline, efficiency, and continuous readiness. The brigade works to develop the capabilities of its personnel through ongoing training and qualification programs, aimed at raising combat performance and enhancing operational efficiency in the field.

The Second Brigade continues its tireless efforts to support the overall vision of Quwat Dira’ Al-Watan, through full commitment to the military duty, and the consolidation of values of professionalism, responsibility, and modern institutional work.

Courage and Heroism

He combines the wisdom of a level-headed Hadrami leader with the bravery of a knight who fears no death. He is a man of sharp military vision and exceptional ability to lead men and direct battles under the darkest circumstances. He possesses a leadership charisma that instills reassurance in the hearts of his soldiers and terror in the hearts of his enemies.

The Epic and Battles

He was not one to hide behind desks; he wrote his glory with the gunpowder of battles. He boldly charged into the battles to establish security and defend Aden in 2015 against the Houthi coup. He then skillfully led the plan to secure and clear the vital strategic routes from the Al-Wadeeah border crossing through the areas of Al-Abr and Al-Khashah, establishing state authority and security throughout the region.

Prestige and Command

Thanks to his brilliant military ingenuity and achievements in the field as the commander of the Second Division of Quwat Dira' Al-Watan, he earned the highest political and military trust, leading to his promotion to the rank of "Major General" and appointment as Commander of the First Military Region. Today, he stands as the supreme commander guiding the wheel of security and stability in the entire Hadramout valley, desert, and Shabwah, fortifying the state's sovereign facilities with rings of steel.
