Under the direction of the Chief of the General Staff, currently overseeing the operations of Quwat Dira’ Al-Watan, Major General Abdulrahman Saleh Hassan Al-Lahji, the Public Information Department of the General Headquarters conducted a field visit to the front lines in the Halhal front to assess the conditions of the fighters and boost their morale as part of the readiness‑enhancement program and direct liaison with field units. The visit covered the contact points at Mahalah, Makhloob, and the Al‑Oud stretch between Luder District in Abyan Governorate and Mikiras District in Al‑Bayda Governorate, where the department’s delegation, led by its director Dr. Samir Al‑Sarouri, reviewed the fighters’ status, readiness level, and listened to their needs and field‑operation requirements.
Al‑Sarouri conveyed the greetings of Chief of Staff, Major General Abdulrahman Al‑Lahji, Director General of Quwat Dira’ Al‑Watan, Brigadier General Muhyiddin Al‑Mudrabi “Abu Jareer”, and commander of the First Division, Brigadier General Ali Al‑Shami Rashid Al‑Mahwali, praising the fighters’ steadfastness and discipline in their positions and confirming that the leadership monitors their situation, is keen to support them, and to strengthen their readiness. Al‑Sarouri said: “We are here to convey an accurate picture from the field and assure you that the leadership follows your performance with pride and respect; you are the shield of the nation and its forward bastion.”
The visit coincided with an exchange of fire involving various weapons around the front, as the Command of Quwat Dira’ Al‑Watan reaffirmed its continued support for the entrenched units and the enhancement of their readiness to carry out their missions and defend the nation.
