In line with strengthening institutional work and consolidating the principles of administrative justice, the Chief of Staff, Major General Abdulrahman Saleh Hassan Al‑Lahji, acting as head of Quwat Dira’ Al‑Watan, issued an order to establish a specialized committee to examine grievances and administrative issues arising from 1 August 2026 in accordance with the governing regulations and procedures.
The General Headquarters also approved the grievance form as the official template for submitting requests through the prescribed channels, contributing to the standardisation of procedures, prompt handling, and the enhancement of transparency and fairness.
The General Headquarters emphasises that the appointed committee will exclusively consider grievances and issues that arise on or after 1 August 2026; any grievance, case, or issue dated before that will not be reviewed or accepted, as it falls outside the committee’s mandate pursuant to its establishing resolution.
Grievance requests must be submitted using the approved form via WhatsApp to the number 784333427.
