Brigadier General Abdullah bin Sadeef Al-Jadhi, Commander of Quwat Dira’ Al-Watan in Al-Mahra Governorate, inaugurated today at the Al-Ghaydah Military Axis a specialized training course on tank operations, 23mm guns, and mortars. The course forms part of ongoing efforts to enhance combat readiness and strengthen the operational capabilities of Quwat Dira’ Al-Watan personnel in the governorate.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Lieutenant General Mohammed Musleh Ayda, Head of the State Security Agency, along with several local government officials, including Secretary-General Salem Abdullah Nimer, Deputy Governor for Public Relations Mohammed Mohsen Raafit, Coalition Command Advisor Ali Diyoul Kalshat, and a number of military and security leaders.
In his remarks, Brigadier General Abdullah bin Sadeef Al-Jadhi welcomed the attendees, led by Lieutenant General Mohammed Ayda, expressing appreciation for their support and participation. He emphasized that these training programs are part of Quwat Dira’ Al-Watan’s ongoing plan to develop and train its personnel across various combat specialties, thereby enhancing their effectiveness and operational readiness.
Brigadier General Al-Jadhi also conveyed his greetings to Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, and the Council members, commending the significant role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in supporting Yemen in general and Al-Mahra Governorate in particular, especially through its support for military and security institutions and its contribution to strengthening security and stability.
For his part, Lieutenant General Mohammed Musleh Ayda expressed his pleasure at visiting Al-Mahra Governorate and participating in the launch of the course. He praised the efforts of Quwat Dira’ Al-Watan’s leadership and encouraged the trainees to maintain discipline and dedicate themselves to their training, stressing that great responsibility rests upon them in safeguarding the nation.
In a statement on behalf of the local authority, Secretary-General Salem Abdullah Nimer reaffirmed the local administration’s full support for Quwat Dira’ Al-Watan and praised its role in strengthening security and stability across the governorate.
The course is part of a broader series of training programs being implemented by Quwat Dira’ Al-Watan in Al-Mahra Governorate to develop military personnel and enhance their professional skills, with additional courses planned across a range of combat specialties.
